Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

"You" and "customer" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Conditions for Replacement
Please order The Goods after making a sound decision about the fitting, colour and other attributes of The Goods based on the information and imagery given on the Website. Goods cannot be returned based on the pretext of not matching the expectations/fitting of the customer unless and until the Good is damaged when received by the customer. In cases where damaged product is received by the customer, a replacement will be provided after replacement..
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a replacement, please make sure that
1) You send an email to:

2) The Goods were delivered in the last 7 days.
The following Goods cannot be replaced
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be returned. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be returned. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Shipping Timelines
Once you receive an email of phone intimation that the good has been picked up by a shipment provider, any delay caused by the shipment provider is beyond the scope of our service. Any follow up correspondence should be with the shipment provider. Although we can provide assistance to you to sort out matters but, we are not obliged to do so and any help will only be provided as goodwill.
Also, in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping timelines are bound to be stretched.
Gifts
Same rules above apply to gifts.
Refunds
Refunds will only be given to customers if deemed fit. In most cases a replacement will be sent.
